SSO - Blocked User Message​

With the introduction of blocked user accounts, we need to ensure that this information is displayed correctly.

If your account has been blocked, the next time you attempt to login you will see a message telling informing that is the reason you are unable to login.

LearnNow - Further UI improvements​

Carrying on our work of improving the experience of the platform, we have taken some feedback from our last couple of releases and made some further improvements to the UI in the LearnNow module, specifically on the Current Course page.

We noticed that some materials have lengthy descriptions, and these were still showing up in the Material list causing the list to look cluttered and difficult to focus on. We have now moved all material descriptions into the Information banner at the top of the page, which can be expanded with a single click.

DevelopNow - Review Process requires action​

Previously when on the Personal Development page, there was no way of identifying if any review processes required action. This problem was amplified if you are a Team Leader or CPD Admin, as there could be many users with multiple review processes that require action from you.

In this release, we have inserted a warning icon onto the review process selector on both the Personal Development and Team Development pages. Once you click on the Review Process selector, the individual Review Processes that require action will also be marked with a warning icon.

On the Team Development page, you will able to see if a Review Process needs action as the Review Process section has a warning symbol now, as well as the individual review processes.

HireNow​

Updated date shown when a Application is Cancelled​

When an applicant canceled an application, the Application Workflow was showing the date the application entered the last step instead of showing the date the application was cancelled. This has now been resolved to show the date the Applicant cancelled the Application.

Workflow Template and Campaign Creation issues​

We have resolved issues on both the Workflow Creations and Campaign Creation screens.

We have resolved an issue that caused the step order to reset when a dropdown was selected.

We have also fixed an issue where the workflow steps location was not being saved if the Campaign was created using a Workflow template.

Resolved an issue where the chevron arrow would not work for the second item on the campaign/workflow template screens.

LearnNow​

Proof of Completions deletion​

Proof of completions are now fully deleted from the all locations when the Delete button is clicked in the LearnNow portal.

DevelopNow​

Review Process Bulk Assignment​

Resolved an issue which meant that if users had been selected on the Assign to Individual page, when switching to the Assign to Team page, the users would not be cleared from the list and would be included in the Review Process bulk assignment. The list is now properly cleared when switching between the two pages.

We have also updated the behaviour of the Assign to Team page when there is a conflict. If a user already has the same Review Process in progress, they will not be re-assigned a new version and they will keep all submissions from the current instance of the Review Process.

Fixed Translation strings​

Fixed a broken translation string on the Block User page.

Add & Assign Users - Edit button​

When adding or creating multiple users to a group or company, the Edit button would stop working on the second item on the list. This has now been resolved so the Edit button now works as intended on all items on the list.

Misc.​

Paste into a Text Editor​

Resolved an issue where pasting into any rich text editor would duplicate the copied content. The paste function now only inserts one instance of the content.

Force Password Change​

Fixed an loophole where a user could click on the back button on the browser when prompted for a new password, which would bypass the need to create a new password. The Password reset feature can no longer be skipped.

User Management - Virtual Company​

As organisations grow, sometimes certain teams end up splitting off from the main company to achieve goals in parallel. However, the processes and organisation in the arms of the organisation may differ from the processes within the organisation itself.

Within SkillsNow, this might mean that employees are able to see learning, hiring campaigns or review processes that do not relate to aims of their branch of the company.

To address these issues, we have introduced the Virtual Company feature. This feature allows you to migrate users from one company to a new tenant, while retaining personal details and learning.

Bugs, Defects & Other Changes :​

SignedURLs timing out​

  • We have resolved an issue that was affecting longer videos on the platform. We have adjusted the timeout period for videos and other documents on the site so that access is not revoked too soon.

Email Logos (Custom and Default)​

  • The default image for Emails was displaying a broken link. We have fixed the cause of this issue so the default Email logo will always be present.

  • Custom Email logos were also not displaying for a different reason. We have now updated the feature so that uploading the image shows the preview correctly, and the image is also displayed correctly within emails.
